2. In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition

stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is a case and case in counter and the complaint given by the petitioner is now pending investigation. In the above circumstances, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
