This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a stipulated time as framed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, no time bound direction can be issued. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
