[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 11 in the Arasu Porambokku (Government Land) in S.F.No.206, situated at Emur Village, Karur Taluk and District, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced a communication of the Revenue Thasildar, Karur District in Na.Ka.m4/7815/2022, dated 11.11.2022 and submitted that there are no encroachments, as projected by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.01.2022.

3. The abovesaid submissions of the learned Government Pleader is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, recording the above

submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any other encroachments are noticed. No costs.
