ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506 (ii) and 307 of I.P.C. and Section 3 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 in Crime No.132 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent points out that the petitioner is having bad antecedents. 4.This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. It appears that the petitioner had attempted to unlawfully remove the red sand from the place in question for which the de facto complainant is a caretaker. The de facto complainant has tried to stop the petitioner and also tried to overcome from the country bomb thrown by the accused.
