O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner challenges the notice dated 29.05.2015 issued by the fourth respondent herein.

2.The writ petitioner has rushed to this Court against a mere show cause notice. The writ petitioner can very well offer his explanation before the concerned authority, who issued the show cause notice. Therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the notice impugned in this writ petition. Since the time for submitting the explanation had expired, we extend the time for submission of objections by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall consider the objections to be submitted by the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If the writ petitioner does not file any objection within the time indicated above, it is open to the fourth respondent to proceed further in the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
