This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 01.03.2016 to the second respondent for registering a case an alleged offences punishable Under Sections 109, 447, 294(b), 427 & 506(ii) of IPC on the basis of the petitioner complaint given to him.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered on 14.03.2016 in Crime No.68 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 109, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the Thirupatchethi Police Station, Sivagangai District, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016.
