ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.318/2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a stipulated period in the said case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police has submitted that if six months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
