Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent no.1 and 2 to issue updated Aadhaar Card to the Petitioners son Jagatheeswara Pandiyan by including the alternate biometric information other than the finger prints and by verifying the mobile number with OTP in the Petitioner sons Aadhaar Card bearing Aadhaar Card No. 4272 3933 0166 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

2. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
