PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to pass an order of direction, directing the respondent herein to complete the enquiry upon the CSR No.365 of 2025 dated 13.09.2025 in accordance with law and to take action against the accused persons enumerated in CSR No. 365 of 2025.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in C.S.R.No.365 of 2025, dated 13.09.2025 on the file of the third respondent police, seeking a direction to complete the enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 29.10.2025 on the ground that already F.I.R. has been registered on a similar complaint in crime No.12 of 2025, which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in C.C.No.717 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.

3. In view of the above said facts, they have closed the enquiry on 29.10.2025 and C.S.R. has also been closed. It is open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
