PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the matter purely civil in nature. ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent has been received and the same was referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai District under Section 107 Cr.P.C. Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner that there is an harassment at the hands of the respondents is denied. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
