O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to give necessary police protection to the petitioner.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the first respondent in C.No.29/NO/CAMP/20 and thereafter, the same has been forwarded to the third respondent in R.No.134/SBOT/CAMP, dated 25.07.2020. He would further submit that as of now, summon has been issued to the fourth respondent and enquiry is pending on the file of the third respondent. He would undertake that during enquiry, if it is found that the protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
