ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.07.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 397 I.P.C. @ 302, 397, 404 and 380 I.P.C., in Cr.No.168 of 2005, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard Mr.P.Thangaih, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. This is the seventh bail application and the earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2896of 2016, only on 19.02.2016. In view of the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
