RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend time for two weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in Crime No.1765 of 2020 in Crl.MP(MD)No.2800 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.644 of 2021 on 31.03.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.CHANDRABOSE.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2800 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.

644 of 2021, dated 31.03.2021. 2.This Court, by order dated 25.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 644 of 2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
