This petition has been filed to direct the the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tallakulam, Madurai City, second respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2016 as an F.I.R. within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 20.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
