Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 468, 420 and 506(1) of I.P.C., in Crime No.256 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.9646 of 2019 Since the petitioner had assured the defacto complainant that he would get him employment in Housing Corporation. This is a case in which there has been a transfer of funds from one bank account to another. The petitioner however comes up with a version that the money was actually given to one Elangovan.

4. The allegation made against the petitioner are serious. This is a case of job racketing. The defacto complainant had parted with a sum of Rs.4,17,000/-.

5. Since the allegations are serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant any relief. The Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
