We are unable to accept the plea for Mandamus since it has been filed merely stating that representation dated 05.08.2013 should be considered on merits. The prayer should be specific and precise and therefore, no mandamus could be issued for such vague prayer. 2.With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
