O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to accord permission to the Adal Padal programme to be held on 04.04.2023 at about 06.00 p.m to be conducted at the Arulmighu Sri Ankala Prameswari Temple at Sundankulam Village, Alangulam Post Vembakkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District-626 127, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2023.

2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the writ petitioner's representation was rejected by the second respondent vide order dated 23.03.2023.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the rejection order has not been served on the petitioner so far.

5. Since the petitioner's representation was rejected, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
