RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.363 of 2021 dt.03.03.2021 for appearance before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni by two weeks.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AAYIRAM.K.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.363 of 2021, dated 03.03.2021.

2.This Court, by order dated 03.03.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.363 of 2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
