This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the second respondent dated 13.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the Honourable Chief Minister. The complainant should be given complaint to the jurisdictional police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the jurisdictional police in person and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 13.01.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
