O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 06.09.2015, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as under:- "The W.P.(MD)No.18056 of was filed by Thiru.R.Krishnasamy against the reduction of his pension from Rs.16,427/- to Rs.6,897/- and drastically reducing the pension from Rs.16,427/- to Rs.6,897/- i.e. totally deducting a sum of Rs.9,530/- per month. Now the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition for making peaceful settlement with the department. I therefore, request that W.P.(MD)No.18056 of 2015 may kindly be ordered to be listed for withdrawal and thus obliged. The petitioner has also given consent for withdrawal of the writ petition."

2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
