ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the second and third respondents to complete the enquiry, which is pending before the fourth respondent. 2/5

2.The petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent/Director, Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, Chennai.

3.This Court has no jurisdiction to pass any direction as sought by the petitioner herein. A FIR in Crime No.62/2022 dated 18.03.2002 has already been registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 379 of I.P.C., by the Inspector of Police, Ilayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District, against the Panchayat Secretary and others. The petitioner cannot use this Court as a tool for his personal grievance.

4.In view of the above facts, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
