The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 05.06.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the complaint has been closed.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
