When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has submitted that the petitioners have already been enlarged on bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide Order dated 08.03.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.736 of 2016.
