ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C., and Section 4 of T.H.P.H.W.Act, in Crime No.89 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has submitted that the petitioners have already been enlarged on bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide Order dated 08.03.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.736 of 2016.
