ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A-4 & A-5 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 20.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners were detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 20.08.2020.
