Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crime No.1 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crime No.1 of 2018. 2.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that after completing the investigation, a negative final report has been filed before he learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the copy of RCS also served by affixture through the Village Administrative Officer, since the petitioner is not available.

3.The prayer is only to direct the respondent police to file the final report, now a negative final report has been filed and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner is having any grievance on the negative final report filed by the second respondent police, he can approach the concerned Court and redress his grievance in the manner known to law.
