Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to organize the music orchestra programs on 30.06.2018 and 01.07.2018 from 08.00 p.m. To 12.00 p.m at Sriman Narayanasamy Temple ground at Chidambarapuram with light and sound by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to organize the music orchestra programs on 30.06.2018 and 01.07.2018 from 08.00 p.m. To 12.00p.m at Sriman Narayanasamy Temple ground at Chidambarapuram with light and sound by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 12.06.2018 for organizing the music orchestra program on 30.06.2018 and 01.07.2018. No action has been taken so far on the said representation of the petitioner and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

5.By taking into consideration of the submissions made by the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 28.06.2018.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
