This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5113 of 2020, dated 24.03.2020 to the petitioner to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge(Special Court for PCR Cases), Tirunelveli. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and a further period of two weeks from today is granted for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court, as directed by this Court on 24.03.2020.
