ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.03.2018 and to the first respondent police on 26.03.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 26.03.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.
4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry, the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents relating to the civil proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is having the necessary documents, if opportunity is granted, the same shall be produced before the respondent police.
6.Considering the aforesaid statement, this Court is of an opinion that the opportunity will be granted to the petitioner to appear for an enquiry and to produce the necessary documents to the respondent police, on receipt of the said documents, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the enquiry in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both parties.
7.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
