RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for her surrender and to comply with the condition imposed vide para 6(b) of the order made in Crl.OP(MD).No. 6878 of 2020 dated 01.07.2020 by another 15 days.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 01.07.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6878 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail with a condition that the petitioner should produce the documents relating to transfer of vehicle. Due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to get a copy of RC book to produce and also surrender before the Court concerned with two sureties. Hence, the petitioner seeks extension of time by filing the present Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6878 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
