ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondents herein not to harass petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter and therefore, due to the election, he is only kept under surveillance. In case if the fourth respondent intends to initiate any proceedings as against the petitioner, appropriate notice would be issued to the petitioner.
