O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.02.2016 on the file of the respondent police and to investigate the same in accordance with law and also issue suitable direction against the first respondent to supervise the whole investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 02.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.03.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
