ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.28/2021, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the case has been taken cognizance before the concerned Court and the petitioner was acquitted from the charges.

3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
