O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur in Cr.M.P.No.23 of 2019, dated 29.01.2019.

2. The petitioner has lodged a private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, in Cr.M.P.No.23 of 2019, for the offences under Section 200 r/w 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned Judicial Magistrate by an order dated 29.01.2019 directed the second respondent to investigate the complaint and file a report before the Court below on 27.02.2019. Even though the second respondent did not register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
