Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating with the notification issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.629/A/13, dated 15.09.2015 and quash the same it is arbitrary and illegal, so far as it relating with the auction of fishing right in Meersamudhram Kanmoi in Theni Allinagaram, for the period of 1425 to 1427 Fasli (2015-2018) and in consequence to direct the respondent to grant the fishing right to the petitioner for the said period towards the adjustment of petitioner's dues as according to the order dated 12.03.2015 made in W.A.No.798 of 2009.
