O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner herein, a case has been registered in Crime No.323 of 2014 and the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.323 of 2014 under Section 395 IPC and after completing the investigation, the respondent police filed a final report in PRC No.5 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham. Under such circumstances, no direction of not to harass can be given. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
