The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2016 has been dismissed by the trial Court on 25.08.2021 and nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle.
