ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to vacate and hand over the premises comprised in T.S.No.347/1 situated at 54A, Sathiyamoorthy Street, Nayanarkulam Road, Tirunelveli, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent will vacate the premises within 30 days. 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to vacate and hand over the premises in T.S.No.347/1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
