This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.02.2016 and investigate and proceed with the same as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner tried to encroach upon another land in connection with which, a case in Cr.No.39 of 2016 has been registered against this petitioner and that this petitioner is an absconding accused and as a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 21.02.2016 addressed to the Honourable Chief Minister.

Taking into consideration the nature of the complaint dated 21.02.2016, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.02.2016.
