ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court while dismissing the bail petition, on 04.08.2020, directed the Court below to conclude the case, before first week of October, 2020. Thereafter, on the requisition of the learned Trial Judge, time was extended by one month.
2.Now, the learned Trial Judge by a letter, dated 31.12.2020 sought for extension of time to dispose of the case. 3.In view of the same, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur(FAC) is directed to dispose of the case in S.S.C.No.32 of 2019, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
