This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned letter dated 25.03.2023 of the first respondent addressed to the second respondent in Crime No.11 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent in respect of the account Nos.1018201002643, 1018201005580, 1018201002919, 1018214000008 of the petitioners with the respondent bank and quash the same.

2. It is represented that during the pendency of this petition, order was passed to de-freeze the accounts of the petitioner.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that investigation has already been completed and final report is also filed before the concerned court.

4. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has not opposed for de-freezing of the accounts.

5. In view of the abovesaid development, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrucutous.
