ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent herein to not to harass the Petitioner herein in the name of Enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and stated that they will workout their remedy in the pending civil proceedings. Hence, the complaint has been closed.

3. Since it is a matrimonial issue, to settle the issue, this Court issued notice to the second respondent. Since the second respondent is not willing for any settlement now and the representation is also closed, the matter has now become infructuous.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
