2017, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.66 of 2017 and M.P.(MD)No.4330 of 2017 dated 06.12.2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 01.07.2017. He has further stated that the petitioner is a senior citizen residing at Chennai and found it difficult to travel. 3.
