ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on any complaint except through due process of law.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the fourth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
taken the Car belongs to the fourth respondent. Based on the complaint, after issuing notice to both parties, enquiry has been conduced and the same was closed.
4. Considering the fact that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police has conducted the enquiry and the same was closed and he has also produced the copy of report dated 05.07.2019 to that effect, no further order is required in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
