The petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Dindigul to expedite the trial of Crl.M.P.No.780 of 2016s.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that there is no Presiding Officer in Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Dindigul, where a petition in Crl.M.P.No.785 of 2016 is pending. cannot issue a specific direction for a time bound disposal, since work of the Judicial Magistrate, NO.II, Dindigul will be handled by another Magistrate, who is also be equally burdened. Under such circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate is directed to dispose the case in Crl.M.P.NO.780 of 2016 expeditiously.
