ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petitioner is the father of the detenu, viz., Suriya, aged 19 years. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is averred that his son is studying in Bharathi Catering College, Madurai. While so, on 21.10.2017, the detenu went to college and thereafter, he has not returned. Therefore, the petitioner has preferred a complaint to the respondent police on 28.10.2017. Since no effective steps were taken to trace the detenu, he is before this Court with this petition.

stated that against his wish, the petitioner forced him to study catering course and hence, on his own accord, he left the home and went Thiruppathi and now, he has expressed his willingness to go along with the petitioner.

3. In view of the willingness expressed by the detenu, we are of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
