2. The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. It appears that he has eloped with one Anjammal. The said Anjammal's husband also filed a Habeas Corpus Petition before the Principal Seat, in H.C.P.No.769 of 2018, which was subsequently withdrawn.

3. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved and this petition is accordingly, closed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the respondents to proceed further.
