ORDER
****** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, viz., Veeraiyan, aged about 37 years. It is alleged that her husband found missing from 30.10.2017. It is further alleged that on that day, her husband went along with one Neelakandan and thereafter, he was found missing. Subsequently, the petitioner searched him in various places and since, she came to know that the 2nd respondent police took her husband for enquiry, she went to the respondent police. However, the 2nd respondent police denied the said fact. Hence, she is before this Court with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's husband was taken for enquiry by the respondent police and subsequently, he was sent along with the petitioner herein.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
