No.7949 of 2020 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
