ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 7 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that the petitioner committed theft of goats, hence the case. 3.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 06.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4315 of 2023 on the ground that five previous cases are pending against the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.6335 of 2023 present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
