O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.02.2016, it is seen that this petitioner is doing real estate business and that his driver had borrowed a sum of Rs.17 Lakhs from the petitioner on 01.12.2009 and on other dates. It is alleged by the petitioner that the driver has failed to return the money and in order to give criminal colour to the transaction, he has added that he was threatened.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the complaint dated 03.02.2016, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to give a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
